As required by UK Data Protection Acts, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information. It is completely safe to buy online, when you complete the final checkout process and enter your card detail you will see a gold padlock in the bottom right hand side of your screen and the payment page from our payment provider, Barclays Business, begins with "https" which means that it is a secure connection.

Payment will not be deducted from your account until the item has been despatched. The total cost of your order includes the price of the item(s) selected, delivery and gift box charge (if applicable).

All prices quoted on the peacockandstrutt.com website are quoted in UK sterling.

Gift Certificates (coming soon)

Peacock & Strutt Gift Certificates are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash. These Gift Certificates can be sent in conjunction with a personal message using our customized gift card. Gift certificates must be used within 6 months of the date of issue or else they will become null and void. Any remaining amount left unredeemed after this period will be forfeited by the customer.

Made to Order and Limited Editions

Please note that ‘Made to order’ and Limited Edition items are non refundable unless faulty and cannot be exchanged.

Standard Stock — Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

If, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange an item, please ensure that you return it to us unworn, unsoiled and unwashed with all garment labels and tags intact and within their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, all briefs, thongs, bikini bottoms and swimwear must be tried on over your own lingerie. Peacock & Strutt reserves the right to refuse any returns where it is apparent that this requirement has not been met. When trying on Bras, please be careful not to soil with deodorant marks or stain with the fragrance of perfume. Hosiery cannot be returned or exchanged unless the packaging has been unopened. If it is apparent that the hosiery has been worn, Peacock & Strutt Limited reserves the right to refuse this transaction.

Please return your item in this condition within 7 days for UK and European customers and within 14 days for overseas customers to:

The credit or debit card used to make the original purchase will be credited with the amount excluding the original postage costs, within 7-14 days. Please complete and include your returns slip with the reason for the return and/or the product information for the exchange item. The cost of returning the item to Peacock & Strutt Limited shall be the responsibility of the customer. We will not be responsible for merchandise lost in transit and strongly recommend that you return your goods by registered post and retain proof of posting.

The Gift Box and Delivery Returns

The Peacock & Strutt Gift Box and delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return. If an exchange is required, you will not be charged for subsequent delivery costs and replacement items will not be Gift Boxed.

Sale Items

Sales item returns or special purchases bought during promotional periods may be returned for exchange only, subject to the item being returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed with all garment labels and tags intact and within their original packaging.

Faulty Goods

In the extremely rare instance that an item reaches you in less than perfect condition, or if the incorrect item is supplied, Peacock & Strutt Limited will refund the entire order cost including delivery charges or replace the item for you free of charge. However, please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging with all garment labels and tags still intact, within its original packaging. It is essential to read product descriptions carefully, as certain fabrics reflect light differently, resulting in some colour variations shown, therefore we advise that the colours depicted are used as a guide together with the product description of each item.

Out of Stock Items

If an item from your order is unavailable, we will dispatch those goods that are in stock and inform you of the expected date of subsequent deliveries. If the item is part of a set (bra is available but the panty is out of stock) then we will hold the matching item until the entire set is available and post to you at no extra charge. If your order has been split due to different availability dates, then payment will be debited when each separate item has been dispatched.

Special Order Items

This service enables our registered customers to order their items in advance of the seasons official availability, ensuring you don’t miss out on that ‘limited edition’ or special ‘something’. For special order items, Peacock & Strutt Limited will confirm availability and delivery timeframes.

Sale of Goods

Any and all contracts for sale of goods between Peacock & Strutt Limited and yourself, the customer, will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects and in accordance with the laws of England and you and Peacock & Strutt Limited irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. You have 7 days to cancel any order that has not been dispatched. Providing your order has not been dispatched, you will not be charged for postage costs.

Force Majeure

Peacock & Strutt Limited shall not be liable for any delay, failure, suspension or termination of delivery of any product or service arising out of a force majeure event. A force majeure event shall include, without limitation, failure of infrastructure, government intervention, wars, civil commotion, hijacking, fire, flood, accident, storm, strikes, lockouts, terrorist attacks, or industrial action affecting Peacock & Strutt Limited or Peacock & Strutt’s suppliers, service providers, partners or agents
