Delivery
We know that no matter how convenient shopping over the internet is, customers want their merchandise to arrive as soon as possible. At Peacock & Strutt Limited we aim to dispatch all available items to you within 2 working days of receiving your order, subject to order confirmation and payment authorisation. However this may not always be possible during peak times such as Valentines and Christmas, but we will always let you know when you can expect to receive your goods. Customer orders received between Monday and Friday after 12pm will be dispatched the following day. Any orders received over weekends, will be dispatched on Monday, unless it is a Bank Holiday, then it will be dispatched on the Tuesday.
Alternative Delivery Address
Customers may choose to have purchases delivered to an alternative address (other than the payment card billing address). To select this option, customers must click ‘alternative delivery address’ at the check out stage.
Customs & Duty
All shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, once the shipment reaches your country. As we cannot predict what these charges will be Peacock & Strutt Limited cannot be held liable for any additional import duty imposed by the recipient’s local customs authority. Furthermore, we cannot be held accountable for delays caused by customs clearance.
The Peacock & Strutt Gift Service
This option is especially convenient for today’s lifestyle, when time is precious but you still want that special someone to feel like a lot of effort went into purchasing their gift. Each item is wrapped in exquisite tissue paper, along with your personal message in our customised gift card and placed in a stylish gift box. Each gift will be wrapped carefully for postage. UK Mainland Delivery
Deliveries within mainland UK are sent via registered post or Parcelforce. Please note, a signature will be required upon delivery — we want to make sure your purchases get to the right person.
Non-UK Mainland Deliveries
International orders are generally delivered within 3 to 4 days when all goods are in stock, but may be subject to delays in customs. We use UPS, Fedex and Parcelforce to deliver our overseas orders and all deliveries need to be signed for. Please note that you will need to take responsibility for any import duties in your own country. We ship to most international destinations, please email us and we will do our utmost to help.
Split Deliveries
Our primary aim is to make sure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Sometimes you may order something that is not immediately available. When this happens you will receive written confirmation of your order and an expected delivery date.
